What does it mean to lease a beat?

Leasing a beat allows you to record a song for commercial use. Voice tags are removed and you are allowed to sell any record you make over a leased beat. a leased beat also allows you to put your record on an album and perform your song at shows. Limitations on leased beats depend on which license you purchase.

What is a Premium License?

A Premium lease allows you more flexibility in the mixing stage of the track. The beat is sent with each separate instrument on a separate file (trackouts) so it can be mixed precisely to the artist’s voice.

What are trackouts?

Trackouts are separate .wav files of each instrument in the beat. This allows an audio engineer to mix the beat precisely to the artist’s voice and add or remove anything they’d like.

How can I pay for beats?

All payments are processed through Paypal but a PayPal account is not required to purchase beats. You can use any major Credit Card or Debit Card. We also accept money orders, Western Union, Money Gram, and Google Checkout. If you have a PayPal account, that is preferred.

How will I receive a beat I purchase?

All beats are sent instantly to the email account provided through PayPal. If you receive an error, please send us an email. If a purchase must be sent manually, you can expect to receive your beat within 24 – 72 hours.
